Does Directive 2024/825/EU need to be transposed into national law before it comes into effect? When will it take place? Will it be transposed in full?

Directive 2024/825/EU must be transposed into national law by March 27, 2026, and the provisions will apply (and thus companies will have to comply with them) as of September 27, 2026.
