The material of which the paper and cardboard packaging is made is easy to understand and to be disposed of correctly in separate collection, do you still need to affix the environmental label?

Pursuant to the legislative decree of 3 September 2020, all packaging released for consumption in Italy is subject to the obligation of environmental labeling.

Considerations :

The standard requires all packaging to be suitably and adequately labeled. This means that the label can be presented in the form and in the ways that the company deems most suitable and useful for conveying the mandatory information according to current legislation.

Each company therefore has the right to communicate with graphic and presentation methods, freely chosen, as long as they are effective and consistent with the objectives set out in art. 219 paragraph, 5.
